Twitter as we all know is becoming a great source of real time information, and Google as many other companies are using it to promote and spread their latest updates, tips and tricks. Google Wave and its APIs are still pretty new to a lot of people so one way to gain the best amount of info about them in the quickest way is by Twitter!
Here are a list of a few people/accounts that I've been following and gained a lot from:
1- Pamela Fox: "I help people learn Google APIs, and other fun stuff." She does a lot of work as a Google Wave advocate and gives great tips about using Google Wave's APIs.

2-Google Wave Dev: "Heyaz! I'm FoxBot. Follow me for updates on news & tips on the Google Wave APIs. ^FB" One of several official Google Wave accounts on Twitter. http://www.twitter.com/googlewavedev
3-Jerome BTN: "I am java programmer who likes photography and humor" Jerome is a French programmer who has recently developed a Google Wave Robot framework making it even easier to create robots in Wave. It's called WadRobotFramework. Follow him to find out the latest additions to his framework and other Java projects.

4-iRomin: "Harnessing the power of software by learning, teaching and developing simple solutions." An Indian programmer who has recently written an eBook about some of his experiments with Google App Engine and creating Google Wave robots.

5-GoogleWaveBlog and GWaveInfo: Two more official Twitter accounts but both are much quieter than the ones already mentioned. You can find them both in http://www.twitter.com/GoogleWaveBlog and http://www.twitter.com/GWaveInfo
I will try my best to update this list with more noteworthy accounts, but until then Tweet away!
